In order to reach the village of Nyukhcha, you have to go to Belomorsk station first.From there you can take any train travelling along the Oktyabrskaya railway branch in the direction of Murmansk. On the same railway branch you can also go from Nyukhcha to Belomorsk by trains coming from Murmansk.

In Belomorsk you should take the commuter train on route from Kem to Malenga or the train from Murmansk to Vologda. Travel time — 3 hours.
When travelling in the opposite direction, the travel time is also 3 hours by commuter train Malenga — Kem. The trains leave on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11.30 and 23.30.
Shuttle buses depart from Petrozavodsk to Belomorsk twice a day.

By your own car
If you have decided to travel by car, you should take Route M18 St. Petersburg — Murmansk. After you have reached Pushnoy village, turn right and follow the directions to Belomorsk, which is 36 km away.From Belomorsk you will have to travel for 200 km along a dirt road to get to Nyukhcha. In the rainy or muddy season, it is advisable to leave your car in a paid parking lot in Belomorsk or by the hotel «Gandvik, «for example, and then take a commuter train to Nyukhcha.
