The ancient Karelian village Vedlozero is known to ufologists throughout the world because of a UFO that fell into Lake Vedlozero in 1928 as the stories of local inhabitants tell. In the course of almost 100 years, the locals have become acquainted with their alien neighbours and have learned their habits. According to the stories, every year in March a fiery ball hangs over Lake Vedlozero above the same place where UFO fell. The presence of the neighbouring aliens is confirmed by constant interference in mobile and television communications.
